Commercial Lending Officer

This experienced professional will be responsible for developing new commercial loan business, servicing loan portfolio, and working with branch associates in assigned territory to handle all commercial loan requests. Required to prepare loan proposals for new and renewal loans and make presentations to the Bank’s loan committee.

Requires two years experience in a credit function, five to seven years of commercial lending experience, knowledge of banking and business, and a college degree.

Credit Analyst Manager

Responsible for managing and directing the activities of the credit analysts to include conducting credit investigations and analyzes pertaining to loans; prepares and assists in the preparation of credit reports for presentation to loan officers or committees; furnishes information in relation to credit inquires, provides assistance to loan officers. Qualified candidate will have a minimum of 5 years experience, strong managerial and interpersonal skills.

Temporary Part Time Mortgage Processor

Responsibilities include processing mortgage applications, reviewing applications for preliminary qualification, submitting loan files to underwriter for review, updating loan origination system, and forwarding completed loan files to closing department.

Prior knowledge of Bank, Investor, and PMI requirements, knowledge of loan originations systems, along with Encompass software and previous processing experience needed!
